Domestic Free Shipping
SharpGearZ offers free shipping on any purchase to customers who has a delivery address in the United States and United States. Shipping is automatically chosen for you at the time of checkout. Free shipping will be sent through the United States Postal Service (USPS) and a tracking number is also provided with each shipment. If you are unable to locate any information about the location of your package, the tracking number can be used at www.USPS.com. All orders are usually processed the same day if ordered before 4:00PM PST. After shipment is left at the post office, it can take anywhere from 1-8 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) for arrival.
Canadian $10 Flat Rate Shipping
There is a flat rate of only $10 for shipping to any Canadian address. Unfortunately, this is the only method we know of shipping at the moment where a tracking number is provided and it actually costs us a little more. Shipping method will be automatically selected for your purchase when entering a Canadian address. All shipments will be sent through the United States Postal Service Priority mail method with a tracking number. If you are unable to locate your package through our site, you can also utilize the tracking number at www.USPS.com. We usually ship our orders out the same day if ordered before 4:00PM PST and it takes about 3-14 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) for arrival. The $10 only covers USPS costs and does not cover any customs charges or taxes that might result from shipping and is the sole responsibility of the customer.
Never Received Package
Don't panic, as we are here to help. If the tracking number shows delivered, we would advise you to check surrounding area of the mailbox (under piles of leaves, behind a shoe rack, etc), with members of the household or your post office. Once the USPS tracking number shows delivered, we will have to assume that the package has been delivered and is the customers responsibility from that point.
Undeliverable Packages
If SharpGearZ receives a return package as an undeliverable address, we will try to contact you, so try and leave good contact information. Please be aware, though, that it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that they received their package. After 60 days of no contact, since return date, SharpGearZ reserves the right to dispose of such packages at our own discretion.
Risk of Loss
All items purchased from SharpGearZ.com are made pursuant to shipment
contract. Which means that the risk of loss is passed down to the buyer once the package has been delivered to the USPS or selected carrier.
