SharpGearz strongly recommends that you use a shipping method where
tracking is provided by the carrier. We are not responsible for
any items lost or damaged during transit for a return/exchange and our recommendation is to protect you as our guest.
RMA Procedure Again, because SharpGearz wants to ensure that you are confident with your purchase, we have knocked down the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) to three simple steps.
- Contact our customer support at info@sharpgearz.com or call 1.626.539.5SGZ for an RMA number with the following information:
- Order Number
- Item that is being returned or exchange
- Option of a return or exchange
- Send the package to:

- Once the package is received, you will be sent out the replacement or have your money refunded.
Any items sent back for RMA processing must be in brand new condition and accompanied
with any packaging that came with the product(s), please see "Special
Conditions" for additional conditions and warranty information for
specific products. Please make sure that the RMA number is written legibly to ensure processing is completed in a timely manner.
Returns for Refunds Policy All requests for a refund must be made within 10 business days of shipment delivery date of any new order. Requests can be made through info@sharpgearz.com or 1.626.539.5SGZ. All packages must have a valid RMA number to qualify for a refund. Any packages without an RMA number will be denied and will be held for 60 days to give enough time for the customer to claim the item by covering return shipping charges. All returns for a refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee or you may have the option to store credit. All customers that opt for a store credit will have the ability to have the restocking fee waived and is good for up to one year. Any item that was obtained through an exchange or replacement do not qualify for a refund. The 10 day term ends on the delivery date of the original purchase. An exchange counts as an amendment to the original order and not a new order. All refunds will be returned in the form of payment that the customer used at the time of purchase. Processing time will be from 1-7 days from the time of return arrival for refund processing to be completed.

Shipping
We do not charge any fees for shipping the replacement back to you, but
any shipping back to our company is the customers responsibility.
Warranties SharpGearz does not provide any type of warranties, on any of the products that we sell, but we will be happy to exchange any defective merchandise within 10 days of the shipment being delivered. SharpGearz does not handle any factory warranties and the respective company needs to be contacted for more information regarding their warranty. Special Conditions Section
Zippo Windproof Lighters Any Zippo returned for RMA processing must be in brand new condition. New condition means the following:
- No lighter fluid has been inserted into the lighter
- Original flint
- Original wick
- Can not show any signs of lighter being used at all
Any Zippo lighters sent with these characteristics will not qualify for a return or replacement. If we receive any lighters in any of these conditions, packages will be held for up to 60 days for customer to claim it back by covering the postage for delivery. SharpGearz reserves the right to dispose any unclaimed packages after the 60 days holding period in any manner that we choose to. SharpGearz also reserves the right to make the final judgment on the merchandise condition.
Spring Assisted Knives All spring assisted knives are personally inspected before being sent out to ensure proper function. We are aware that sometimes that a couple can slip past us or are damaged during transit. For this reason, we offer refunds and exchanges for up to 10 days after shipment delivery date. If a defective knife is received, please contact us immediately. Any knife being returned must be new and here are the following conditions:
- Knife can not show any signs of use (You would be amazed of things people try to do with a knife when they should be using other cutting devices, like a saw)
- Item has to be in one piece, meaning: IF ITS BROKEN, DO NOT TRY TO BE MCGYVER AND REPAIR IT YOURSELF, ITS EASIER FOR US TO HAVE IT REPLACED FOR YOU. Reason behind this is because we do not know if the damage was caused by you wondering how the knife works or it was a defective item to begin with.
- Blade has to be intact and not bent, meaning we will not replace a knife if the blade broke in half. There is virtually not a single knife company out there that offers a warranty on their blades being indestructable.
Any knives not being returned in the above conditions will be rejected for an exchange or refund. If we receive any knives in any of these
conditions, packages will be held for up to 60 days for customer to
claim it back by covering the postage for delivery. SharpGearz reserves
the right to dispose of any unclaimed packages after the 60 days holding
period in any manner that we choose to. SharpGearz also reserves the right to make the final judgment on the merchandise condition.
